A Van de Stadt Pioneer 10, fin keeled, GRP, Racer cruiser with yard trailer. Built
by Southern Ocean Shipyard, 1973. This vessel has been well maintained , in her current ownership

a New Beta Marine 28hp was installed in 2003. In 2015 her cabin floor was replaced by Alan Staley of Faversham.

Her topsides were repainted and the underwater hull re-antifouled Summer of 2018.
She is kept on the Thames and has performed well as a Racer cruiser vessel and has a good local Race pedigree.

Last survey 2012, where all recommendations were seen too.
Stored ashore for the Winter, under a boat cover stood on her own yard trailer.

Built to Lloyds A 100 exacting standards in 1973. She has been moulded as one piece in GRP.
Her keel is an external cast iron keel GG25 quality with a slightly bulbous base.
It is entirely encased and protected by the fibreglass.
Water tight self draining cockpit. Teak sole and seat gratings. Large stern lockers A separate life raft hatch plus two large stern lockers.
Decks painted cream solid GRP decks.
All superstructure painted white.
