“Quality Street”, she is a “one off ” of her design and type. A GRP Fractional Bermudan Sloop. Fin keel.
She was purchased in a very poorly state. Her Engineer owner, stored her away as a retirement project. Once semi retired he set about having her professionally restored :
She was stripped of all her original outdated interior, the engine. The two moulds of her make up, the hull and the deck, were re fastened and re sealed. She was fitted with all new equipment , fixtures and fittings were installed. The main bulk of this work carried out between 2001 -2002.

Description
Works carried in 2001 -2002
The two component moulds the hull and the decks were resealed, removal of all deck gear, mast step, the rubbing strakes etc. Re configured the entire interior.
Replaced floors/bearers around toilet. Remove iron keel, fitted new keel bolts and re seal, interior bulkheads replaced with teak faced ply. new headlining -white vinyl fabric.
Replaced cabin windows and had new hatches professionally made. Removed the original interior and all replaced with new furniture and fittings. New laminate flooring
Accommodation:
Propex heating system fuelled by butane or propane gas producing warm air through ducts in the main cabin.
Calorifier for hot water in the galley sink. 2 water tanks. Smev Gas cooker with double burner and grill.
Electric refrigerated cold cabinet. As new upholstered berth cushioning throughout the vessel.
Sliding door between the cabins. Restricted headroom of 5ft 6ins.
Beautifully fitted out, entire interior was rebuilt and equipped.
Open aft cockpit with moulded seating. Teak grating on the cabin sole.
