Kim Holman design. Holman 26 Bermudan sloop, commissioned by the Commodore of the Crouch Yacht Club in 1963. Built by Tucker Browns Boatyard of Burnham on Crouch. She has had only 3 different owners in her lifetime. Present ownership for 27 years, she has been successfully raced on the Crouch for a number of years. Having always maintained to the very highest of standards. Carvel planked hull, splined topsides. A long fixed cast iron keel.
A new Beta Marine engine installed 2003,Last survey was undertaken in 2010.

Rewiring of the ship’s electrics now includes a bespoke circuit breaker with VSR monitoring, a battery condition monitor and a 240v converter, 2009.
Structurally the red lead puttying of the underwater hull and the resplining of the topsides have been undertaken. Her keel was removed and re bedded with aluminium bronze keel bolts and new keel gasket .
New stainless steel fittings replaced: chain plates, stem head and mast tabernacle.
Sails: Added a Cruising chute, a furlex system and a new padded luff genoa 2009, a new mainsail in 2001.
Standing and running rigging were last replaced in 2000.

Carvel planked Mahogany hull on rock elm frames. Topsides are splined, below the water line the seams have been red putty filled. Dark blue painted.
Cream decks ( marine ply sheathed and painted) and coach roofs.
Toe rail, cabin sides, trimmings, grab rails hatches all varnished Mahogany.
Aluminium Bronze keel bolts, wooden oak florrs. Stainless steel chain plates and other deck furniture

The whole interior is very well appointed. Headroom of 5ft 8ins.

Deck head is painted white. the cabin sole is mahogany with lifting hatches to the bilges . All the interior furniture and fittings is Mahogany or mahogany faced ply which has all been varnished.
Galley area opposite chart, navigation area is simple: one wash basin with foot pump control for fresh water and a small gas cooker. double burner with grill mounted on gimbals.
PAR manual marine toilet in separate heads compartment, stowage shelves and hanging space opposite. Two opposing settee bench berths in the saloon. In the fore peak there are 2 berths with an infill to create a double berth.
