A Classic wooden cruising Folk boat,1962 kept afloat “in commission”, kept in same ownership for 22 years.
Long keel, Fractional Bermudian Sloop, carvel planked. A major restoration in 2002,
since there has been a rolling programme of maintenance and refitting. Built in the Isle of Wight, 1962.

Engine Description: A new Yanmar GM10 inboard diesel engine, single cylinder, raw water cooled, single lever Morse cable controls.
Alternator on the engine. less than 20hours usage. Sited under the companionway. Shaft driven with a Vetus coupling,
to a twin bladed fixed propeller. Last serviced 2022. Electric or manual start.
New diesel tank (Vetus 25 L).

Rudder stripped, epoxy coated and repainted/ varnished.
New lower rudder gudgeon fabricated from stainless with bronze bush.
New diesel tank (Vetus 25 L). New deep cycle leisure battery fitted 2021.
Remote SMS messaging / monitoring unit installed (2021)
Aft most keel bolts replaced with new galvanised bolt, together with a new laminated Oak floor.
Construction:
A carvel Mahogany planked on steamed oak frames, a long fixed keel with a cast iron ballast keel. Painted topsides and coach roof.
A cruising version with a raised dog house to the aft end of the coach roof. Decks and coach housing all epoxy sheathed and painted.
Vessel underwent a years long restoration in 2002. In her present ownership there has been a rolling refit, ongoing.
A deep open aft cockpit. bench seating for storage. Cockpit drains into a sump with an automatic pump.
Superstructure of varnished Mahogany. Weight of the mast supported by a large laminated deck beam.
Tiller and transom hung long rudder. Aft most keel bolts replaced with new galvanised bolt, together with a new laminated Oak floor.
