Contessa 26 kept at local sailing club stood ashore for the Winter, as she has done annually.
Last survey was carried out in 2017 which concluded that she was in good condition but needed some TLC. This 2019 she had new engine mounts fitted whilst the engine was reconditioned.
Every Contessa, carry its own solid, dependable provenance. This example was built in 1968 one of the first 50 vessels built by Rogers before he sold the design away to CAnada.

A full set of berth cushions, Blue velvet fabric, all unused and dry stored.
A double gas stove, gas bottle removed on recommendation from surveyor.
Sea toilet was taken out and the pipework removed. It is included in the sale and would required re installing.

amid ships the galley station with gas stove (unconnected) gimballed double burner with grill. Opposite, there was a sink, presently no water system on board. Unit was converted and used as the navigation station.
