Description

Lone Gerd has been in her present ownership for 15 years, she has be completely converted to a  cruising liveaboard home. Presently kept afloat in Milford Haven, Wales.
Together they have done some extensive cruising. Lone Gerd has been kept as a fully functional vessel. She was used as a Commercial dive vessel in her previous ownership.
Hydraulic wheel steering from the deck house, an electric anchor windlass , Shore power, a large Volvo engine.

A “silent” 5kva generator, central heating. Washing machine / dishwasher and a Tumble drier. 3 double cabins ( 1 is presently used as an office).

Construction:

A heavy , robust displacement hull carvel planked:  Oak on Oak. beams and frames. she has been fully lined out inside. The Deck housing/ day cabin  is of Aluminium.
Her wooden planked decks have been GRP sheathed and painted with a non slip surface. Concrete  ballast.
High bulwarks surround the decks with an oak capping rail. There are 2 x removable gates in the bulwarks, to port and starboard.

Accommodation: 
Enter the deck house via the side decks,  a Stable door one side, the other side has a sliding door. Headroom in the accommodation varies from 6ft plus forward to less aft.

Galley to the stern of the deck house with ceramic worktops,  a stainless steel sink with mixer tap, dishwasher, fridge and storage cupboards with oak doors. Gas Stove, Combi oven over, wall mounted cupboards.
Forward of the galley is the Saloon with fixed seating blue leather button backed upholstery with stowage under the seating,  built in around a large dining table on a brass pedestal.
Oak sideboard with cupboard and drawers. Forward of Day cabin are the stairs up to the Bridge house and a Companionway down to the lower deck.
Below decks the Master cabin is sited under the foredeck.  It has a built in walk around double berth ( 6ft 3 ins x 4ft 6ins) with the stowage drawers under.
2 x “built in” wardrobes with drawers.

Shower room to starboard with Bristan thermostatic shower and ceramic wash basin with pillar mixer tap on tiled worktop, built in cupboards above wash basin. Heated towel rail.

Utility room at aft end of central corridor with Washer, Tumble dryer, and Freezer. Wardrobe. Radiator. 3 double 230v wall sockets. Automatic bilge pump under floor.
