Description

41ft GRP Distance Cruiser, rigged as a Bermudan ketch, used as a permanent live
aboard vessel for the last 15 years. Original owner since built out in Australia. Vessel was shipped to the UK.  Kept in immaculate order, hauled ashore annually.
Last survey  12 years ago. She has annually come out of the water and has her own cradle.

Underwater hull was sandblasted then epoxy resin coated rather than lead antifouing.
6ft headroom throughout. Simple clean and practical accommodation, ideal for 1-2 persons …. ( 4 berths)

Construction:

GRP hull, decks and hard wood deck house. Foam sandwich insulation throughout the accommodation.  A long ballast keel. An almost clipper bow with a short fixed bowsprit. Transom stern.

 Forward locker shows the foam insulation.

Accommodation:

6ft headroom below decks. She has been used as a live aboard vessel for many years.
Owners twin cabin is aft of the enclosed wheelhouse/ day cabin with its utility facilities and a dinette. Steps down into the forward saloon and  dining area, and the “heads”.

To be sold with furniture and fittings and domestic appliances. Two large opposing settee bed berths. Curtaining and carpet throughout.
Galley facilities : single sink with integral drainer . Hot and Cold pressurised water systems. A separate Fresh water tap.
