Description

A one off Classic Bermudan Cutter built in 1934.  An American design, along the lines of the working sailing craft of her day. Built for pleasure.
Binker was sailed in the US till the early 1980’s. She then sailed over to the UK and was sold on, It was discovered that she needed major works, she then languished out of the water for a number of years.
She was bought as a restoration project by a professional shipwright and engineer.  Her renovation was carried out in Scotland over several years, finally re-launched in 2015.
Renovation included new floors, keel bolts and frame bottoms. New stem and stern. New deck beams. New deck and bulwarks. New accommodation throughout. Renovation and update of spars.

New standing and running rigging. New sails.
She has cruised extensively in the UK from Orkney to the South Coast. She has an impressive racing history and won the Falmouth Classics regatta in 2019
