Description

A very well presented motor cruiser, in commission, on the water and “ready to go”. She offers very versatile accommodation, suitable for coastal cruising and the inland waterways of UK and Europe. She was professionally converted from working vessel, retaining many of her original features. The wheel house is collapsible, to achieve an air draft as little as 6ft. (8ft 6ins with the wheel house in situ) The inboard 50hp Beta Marine diesel engine was installed new in 2012. (900 engine hours.)
She has been kept in a very clean and well painted condition throughout.  She can be totally self sufficient (not requiring 240v.), Cabin heating and hot water. Offers 5 full length berths.

Carvel planked all copper fastened, Iroko on Oak. The super structure is marine ply epoxy sheathed and painted.
The present owners have explored the upper reaches of the Thames/ Gone as far west inland to Bristol on the inland waterways and also spent time on the Broads.

Her home turf is the muddy Estuaries of the East Coast Rivers.

Construction:

A robust fishing boat type of hull shape, likened to that of the Watson work boat hulls. A long keel, draft 3ft.  She has a small amount of pig iron internal ballast.
Carvel planked hull, painted finish in  sky blue. The decks are part epoxy sheathed plywood and part laid deck on ply.
All the super structure is constructed with Iroko on Oak beams and marine ply  sheathed and  painted  in light grey.

Accommodation:

The collapsible wheel house amidships, forepeak the “heads” compartment and aft off the wheelhouse is the owners double cabin there is 6ft headroom.
In the aft cabin: galley & saloon the cabin floor slopes from 5ft 7ins headroom to 5ft 3ins.
A Planar diesel fed heater ducted hot air  vents to both fore and aft cabins and the heads.

Layout
Heads compartment in the fore peak access from the wheelhouse. Toilet manual pump and sink. Potential for a shower facility (not fitted).Manual cold water pump, pressurised system for the hot water outlets. Steps aft of wheelhouse down into owners double cabin plus a small pipe cot berth under starboard side deck. Aft cabin companionway from deck. Galley starboard side with sink, gas hob, oven and grill. Work surface with stowage cupboards under. (lights inside all cupboards.) Light canvas window coverings give privacy without blocking out the natural light. Opposite is a dinette with opposing settee seating. Upholstery covered cushions. with varnished wooden dining table, this converts to make up a small double berth 6ft 3ins length. 12v Coolbox is plugged into 12v socket in the wheel house.
