28ft Classic wooden Bermudan sloop, designed and built by David Cheverton and Partners, Isle of Wight. Originally commissioned for a Marine Charter Company as a Family Sail Cruiser, the deck stepped mast gives clear space below decks. The settee berths are 6ft 6 in length and there is standing headroom at the aft end of the accommodation. Her present owner has had a professional restoration of the vessel carried out.
“Works” have included a new self draining cockpit, engine over hauled with new engine beds, new sails, standing rigging and running rigging. Replacement of her decks removing the T & G planking replaced with epoxy sheathed marine ply. The interior is in need of updating, it’s basic, practical and functional.
