Fairey Marine, hot moulded wooden, Fisherman 27 motor sailer. Last surveyed 2002.
A project which requires time, effort, patience and money to return her to her former glory. Sloop rigged, Aluminium spars (1967) stainless steel standing rigging ( 1989)
Perkins 4107 ( 1967) 40hp diesel engine. Roomy accommodation, 5 berths, headroom of 1.95m throughout. Pressurized water system , hot water system and a Eberspacher heating.
Standing storage ashore, out of the water, can be viewed at anytime by arrangement with the Boatyard.

Construction:

Hot moulded wood laminate construction, all paint finished.
Rounded full long keel with twin stringers.
Softness has been found in places, due to fresh water damage and extended exposure
to the elements.  A repaint is required. Vessel has been sat ashore for sometime.

The rear awning over the aft deck has blown out, stainless steel frame. Awning side panels with clear screens.

Two cabins the saloon and forward cabin. Separate “Heads” compartment. Good headroom throughout of 1.95m.

Galley facility runs down the starboard side with sink and double burner gas cooker/ stove.
Carpeting and curtains throughout. Eberspacher hot air heating system
Separate Heads with hand basin, pressurized water system. Hot and Cold water.
Open aft cockpit with storage bench seating.
