Engine

Engine Description: 4 cylinder Lister diesel engine. Single lever controls. Shaft driven. Main engine sited in the wheelhouse,

inside a demountable soundproofed engine box. Good all-round access to the engine. Engine gauges on the dashboard.
Auxiliary engine: a long shaft  Tohatsu 6hp outboard engine 2017, tilted out of the water, connected to a

remote plastic fuel tank secured into the aft cockpit.  Extended tiller handle to use from helm seat.

Accommodation:

Enter the accommodation through double half glazed doors in from the enclosed aft cockpit. The wheelhouse has a fixed forward facing helm seat.
Espacher diesel heating vents throughout accommodation.
Jabsco sea toilet in the forepeak, sited under a fore hatch to foredeck
Wash bowl secured to cabin side. Privacy door.
In the saloon: two opposing full length settee berths both with fixed trotter box, cabinets. Deep vinyl covered upholstery cushioning with lee cloths under.
Stowage built in shelving and under bunks.
Galley facility across wheelhouse bulkhead. Stowage cupboards and drawers fitted. Galley sink with pressurised water.
Gas double burner hob with oven. In the middle of the cabin is a fold out dining table with a pedestal base.
Headroom of 6ft plus throughout berths also a generous length.
Plenty of natural light enters the cabin through fixed portlights. aft of the wheel house the double door open back to the aft cockpit. The cabin is very well presented all paint and varnished finish.
