Description

A very user friendly 24ft GRP cruising yacht. Ideal for the East Coast’s shallow creeks and Estuaries.

Moulded GRP hull Bermudan rig, 2013 Yanmar GM10S diesel inboard engine. Bermudan sloop rig,

all sheets led back to the self draining cockpit aft. New Spray hood for protection from the elements. Easily handled with a single sailor.

Tiller extension. Furling gear. New reliable inboard diesel engine, Yanmer GM10s.
Annually sat ashore for the Winters and now just returned to the water re antifouled, cleaned and well presented.
Full documented history with this vessel, just two owners.
Built and designed in France by Kirie 1983.
Mistral is back on the water, in commission, keys held, viewing no problem… She is “Ready to GO”…. Keenly priced.

Moulded GRP displacement hull. Open aft self draining cockpit.
Shallow fin keel with an additional drop keel taking her draft to a maximum of 1.40m. Centreboard box in saloon.
650kg ballast, cast iron stub keel
Generous side decks with non slip surface. Anchor locker in the bow.
Deck stepped mast. Sliding hatch over companionway with skylight inset.
Wooden tiller with extension. Transom hung 2 part rudder.
There is a yard trailer for her to stand in over the Winter….
Accommodation: Light and airy cabin, two full length settee berths.

Starboard has a trotter box box of generous width and length. Headroom below 1.85m. lessening as you go forward.

Sliding privacy door, amidships heads with hanging locker behind it. A wash basin opposite with manual

pump water access into fore peak cabin with a large double berth. hatch to fore deck. Zipped door closure.
Vinyl headlining and wooden battening to cabin sides. Lockers throughout the accommodation.
Full size chart table slides out from under the pilot berth port side.

Opposite is the galley area with double gas hob. Gas locker in aft cockpit, secure vented container.

Chiller unit with drain in the work surface and a single Stainless sink. Foot pumped water. single tap.
