2.5t Classic Bermudan Sloop with auxiliary engine, 1936. Refitted April 2020. Now in commission and sailing.
2015-2019 the vessel underwent restoration. This included, new rigging and sails Traditional tan, colour.
Auxiliary engine Albin 6hp, petrol has been rebuilt and works well.
The owner now having her back on the water finds her a delight to sail, very simple and easy to control single handed.

Carvel planked, full long, Iron ballast keel using lead ingots internally for trimming ballast. Open aft cockpit with two opposing seating.

Pine planked decks sheathed with Colean and painted cream. Varnished hardwood super structure, cockpit and hatches. Pine planked cabin sole boards.
Transom now painted, re antifouled before launching may 2020.
Major works carried out on her since 2015 have included. the re fastening of the ballast keel. Replacing the cabin roof, with marine ply , sheathed and painted, 4 floors were replaced .

Recaulking of the Garboard planks.


Step into single open cabin bright painted topsides and varnish finish inside. Varnished sliding hatch, over and a pair of companionway doors. Sitting headroom only below. 2 long single berths,

PVC covered berth cushioning. . Either side of companionway there is a temporary galley station stb’d, with a portable single butane gas stove.

A chart table Navigation station to port, set over the battery (temporary) . Forward of the mast, keel stepped, the fore peak used for stowage. anchor chain via deck haws.

Hatch to fore deck with canvas cover. Bronze portlights in coachroof.


15lbs Grapnel anchor with 10 fathoms of 1/4″ chain.
mooring warps. Galvanised deck cleats.


Varnished wooden spars: Keel stepped mast with canvas deck sock and boom.
Fractional Bermudan rig. Boom crutch.
Main sail with single line slab reefing and Jib , both Tan in colour, made by Jeckells, Dacron fabric both new in 2016.

Main sail has mast track and rolls around the boom.
Standing rigging replaced in 2016 with stainless steel wire.
Running rigging, all Marlow ropes replaced in 2016.
