Description
A 14ft converted Barge Boat off the Thames Sailing Barge Lady Gwynfred, she was built as a replacement for the original Barge tender in the 1950’s.
When the Commercial Sailing barge was taken out of service, the dinghy was converted into a sailing dinghy.
She was restored and rigged to comply with the Mersea Fishermen’s Open Boat (MFOB) specifications.
She has raced with the MFOB fleet ever since.
A 14ft clinker wooden gaff rigged open dinghy with a centreplate with an axle-less trailer.
